There are over 100 volunteers who make the events across the state of Florida happen. With over $20,000 donated in-kind, our volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that the Gear Up Florida team is able to have the greatest possible impact on their community. With their support more of the funds raised go directly to supporting people with disabilities.

Gear Up Florida volunteers are involved with every aspect of the event. Typical volunteers can be found coordinating a dinner event with a local civic group and organization that serves people with disabilities or even making sure that the team has lodging for the evening. Our volunteers are vital to the success of the event, as they know the needs that the Gear Up Florida can help address while passing through.
